Together with all Ukrainians, we congratulate the incredible successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of the Kharkiv region!
Why are we writing about it on the environmental conservation page? Because today is the first morning when the Dvurichanskyi National Nature Park is freed from the occupiers! By the way, together with him, defenders of Ukraine, fighters of the 92nd brigade, also liberated the regional landscape park “Velikoburlutskyi Steppe”, located nearby. The regional landscape park “Izyumska luka” near the liberated city of Izyum also was deoccupied.
Dvurichanskyi National Nature Park and Velikoburlutskyi Steppe are the two parks that were created to preserve marmots in Ukraine. A few decades ago, this incredible beast practically did not remain anywhere. At that time, the largest Slobojan population of was concentrated here. And the Slobojan population managed to become a donor for the return (reintroduction) of marmots in many districts of Kharkiv region and other regions of Ukraine.
We remind you that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have supported the national parks and reserves that were under occupation, as well as those that have already become liberated. And you can join it too.
